This movie proves that there truly are more freaks per square foot in
San Francisco than anywhere else in the world. In each case, when
interviewed about having sex on camera and how they feel about
sexuality, the couples all answer with spiritual, sexually aware,
self-actualized answers and let on that they live in the Bay Area. Is
there anyone left in San Francisco who hasn’t been in an adult movie?
Sure, LA may have the lock on the mainstream porn business, but San
Francisco has been consistently churning out kinky fetish films, wacky
dyke porn, hardcore gay flicks and assorted and sundry sexy stuff to
stuff into your DVD player. It seems like everyone’s so open about
their sex lives that if you were asked to star in an underground smut
film and said no, you might be considered some sort of square! Good
thing I don’t live there, cause I’m not square, but I don’t wanna see
my ass on camera!
Anyway, that said, these people clearly aren’t really just folks, cause
just folks don’t ordinarily fuck on film. But as “porn stars” go,
they’re definitely not the usual. They all laugh when asked about being
“adult performers,” because they don’t consider themselves such. They
aren’t really performing in this film; they’re giving us a glimpse of
their private sex lives. And probably the best thing about this
film—and the reason everyone who watches a lot of mainstream porn
should watch it—is that it’s nice to see what regular sex looks like.
It’s not all scripted and styled, choreographed and clinical,
cosmetically perfect and constantly erect. But it is interesting and
lovely, sexy and sweet.
Bob and Suzy were my favorite couple, mostly because they seem so
playful. They fuck athletically in all sorts of positions and Suzy
really looks like fun! They both have amazing smiles (When ya gonna
hear that in a porn review?) and a genuine enthusiasm for sex. Bob
makes a lot of noise when he comes. His is the only come shot we
actually get to see. To put frosting on the cake, so to speak, after
his first orgasm, Suzy dons a strap-on and screws him to yet another
one! He burbles something about “coming like a woman” and I have to
admit, it did appear that way. Pretty cool. Anyway, watching a guy get
fucked by a girl is always good with me!
Grace and Eamonn get it on in the kitchen with lots of kissing. He eats
her out right on the counter, they fuck on the counter and when he
sucks her feet she giggles. Cute. Charles and Leila screw in a strange,

There’s more kissing, smiling and laughter in this flick than you’ll
ever see in mainstream porn. The music is innocuous in a new agey way.
It’s all very real, as promised. But it isn’t exactly wank fodder; it’s
more for inspiring couples, I assume. Though I found it more
enlightening than inspiring, I’ll admit. However you take it, this
series debut is worth watching. I’m looking forward to subsequent
installments.
